Precipitate a mixture of cobalt hydroxide and nickel hydroxide, use sodium sulfide to sulfide and precipitate residual cobalt and nickel ions, separate manganese ions from cobalt and nickel ions, and directly precipitate manganese hydroxide to prevent manganese ions from entering the extraction process; cobalt hydroxide The nickel hydroxide mixture is dissolved in sulfuric acid, extracted to remove impurities, and cobalt and nickel are separated to obtain a pure nickel sulfate solution, precipitated with sodium hydroxide, and reversely washed three times to obtain a battery-grade nickel hydroxide product.
