titleOfInvention | Application of skin tissue immune cell in-situ detection kit for lupus erythematosus typing |
abstract | The invention discloses an in-situ detection kit for skin tissue immune cells for lupus erythematosus typing and application thereof. The kit can detect four molecular markers, namely CD4, CD8, CD19 and CD11b, by using in-situ multi-marker immunostaining and multispectral imaging technology. The quadruple detection result of the CD4-CD8-CD19-CD11b can well distinguish Discoid Lupus Erythematosus (DLE), subacute lupus erythematosus (SCLE), Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE) and healthy control, and the accuracy is higher by matching the single positive detection result of the CD19 and/or the double detection result of the CD8-CD 19. The kit is simple to operate, economical and practical, and the result has higher specificity for distinguishing skin lesions of different types of lupus erythematosus, so that the kit is convenient to apply and popularize in the mechanism research and clinical diagnosis work of the lupus erythematosus. |
