titleOfInvention Multi-aldehyde-based macromolecular organic tanning agent for ecological leather manufacturing and preparation method thereof
abstract The invention relates to the technical field of leather tanning agents, in particular to a multi-aldehyde-group macromolecular organic tanning agent for manufacturing ecological leather and a preparation method thereof, wherein the organic tanning agent is prepared from the following substances in parts by weight: 100 parts of natural polysaccharide, 40-150 parts of periodate, 5-20 parts of inorganic acid, 10-50 parts of hydrogen peroxide, 3-15 parts of an inorganic reducing agent and 15-45 parts of a pH regulator; the method adopts natural polysaccharide as a raw material, realizes the balance control of the molecular weight and the molecular weight distribution of the tanning agent and the aldehyde group content of the multi-aldehyde-group macromolecular organic tanning agent through the optimization of degradation and oxidation conditions, overcomes the defects of single group, non-ideal matching of molecular scale and application process and the like of the traditional organic tanning agent, can be suitable for all products in leather, and ensures that the leather quality of the leather is similar to that of chrome tanned leather.
