abstract |
The invention discloses a research method for HBV genome amplification, including the research process of miR-146a regulating HBV genome amplification and the research process of Ago2 acting as a carrier to coordinate miR-146a to regulate HBV genome amplification. A novel miR‑146a→FEN1→HBV DNA regulatory axis was discovered and confirmed in amplified infection, which provides the necessary conditions for HBV genome amplification and further clarifies the specific molecular mechanism of HBV DNA replication. It provides a theoretical basis for the pathogenesis of the disease and develops new therapeutic targets and solutions; it provides a basis for future in-depth and meticulous research to thoroughly elucidate the molecular mechanism of HBV replication, and to clear the intracellular cccDNA library and completely block HBV replication. . |
