titleOfInvention | Polymer microemulsion system adopting anionic non-sulfonate type composite emulsifier, profile control and flooding system, preparation method and application thereof |
abstract | The invention relates to a polymer microemulsion system adopting an anionic non-sulfonate type composite emulsifier, a profile control and flooding system, a preparation method and application thereof, and mainly solves the problems of large dosage and no oil washing effect of a conventional emulsifier for inverse microemulsion polymerization in the prior art. The invention adopts a polymer microemulsion system which comprises an oil-soluble solvent, water, an emulsifier and polymer microspheres; wherein the oil-soluble solvent is a continuous phase, the water is a dispersed phase, and the emulsifier comprises an anionic non-sulfonate surfactant represented by the structure of formula (1): wherein R is C 1 ~C 20 Alkyl groups of (a); m is any one metal ion or ammonium group selected from alkali metals; n is the addition number of ethoxy EO groups, and the value range of n is any number of 1-20; the technical scheme that x and y are the number of sulfonic acid groups and the value range of x + y ﹦ 1-5 better solves the problem and can be applied to tertiary oil recovery of an oil field to improve the crude oil recovery rate. |
