abstract | The invention discloses a novel method for establishing a spiro ring on a 2-aryl quinazolinone compound, which is realized by a brand-new C-H activation method of cyclopropenone. The method takes 2-aryl quinazolinone compounds and cyclopropenone compounds as raw materials, and forms C-C bonds on aromatic rings through continuous C-H activation/cyclization reaction catalyzed by transition metal in the presence of silver salt and acid, and cyclizes to synthesize the cyclopentadiene spiro pyrrole [1,2-b ] quinazolinone derivatives. Compared with the traditional method, the method has simple steps, easily obtained raw materials and wide application range of the substrate; realizes the construction of two C-C bonds and one C-N bond in one pot, obtains a series of products of multi-element ring-merging and spiral rings with high yield, and is beneficial to large-scale production and industrial application. |
