titleOfInvention Method for rapidly preparing KMo/SBA-15 catalyst
abstract The invention discloses a method for quickly preparing KMo/SBA-15 catalyst, which comprises the following steps: dissolving potassium carbonate and ammonium molybdate tetrahydrate in deionized water, putting SBA-15 into the mixed solution, soaking for 4-6h, drying a sample at the temperature of 105-115 ℃ for 25-27h after soaking, then raising the temperature to 385-395 ℃ at the heating rate of 4 ℃/min in a muffle furnace, roasting for 3.5-4.5h, cooling and tabletting to obtain the catalyst. The method is simple, convenient, quick and easy to operate, the prepared KMo/SBA-15 catalyst has good activity in catalytic synthesis of methyl mercaptan, and meanwhile, the alkaline sites generated on the surface of the catalyst by K can effectively inhibit the formation of carbon deposit, and the pore channel structure of the catalyst cannot be blocked.
