titleOfInvention Preparation method of carbon cloth supported boron-doped graphitic carbon nitride flexible and recyclable photocatalytic film
abstract The invention relates to a preparation method of a carbon cloth-supported boron-doped graphite phase carbon nitride flexible and recyclable photocatalytic film. The carbon cloth base material is pretreated, and then soaked in a mixed suspension slurry of boric acid and melamine. It was dried in an oven, and finally covered with a mixed powder of melamine and boric acid. After sintering, the larger bulk products on the surface were removed to obtain a flexible and recyclable photocatalytic film of carbon cloth supported by boron-doped graphitic carbon nitride. The precursor materials are melamine and boric acid, and the characteristics of easy functionalization of g-C 3 N 4 and easy incorporation of B atoms are fully utilized. Compared with the disclosed photocatalytic material grown on carbon cloth, the prepared BCN/CFc photocatalyst has higher recyclability and certain strength by controlling the composition ratio of its key precursor materials. and flexibility, and at the same time has ultra-high degradation stability, which can meet the large-scale practical production.
