titleOfInvention Preparation method of wheat germ globulin molecularly imprinted polymer
abstract The invention discloses a preparation method of a wheat germ globulin molecularly imprinted polymer, which comprises the following steps: dissolving chitosan in acetic acid solution, adding into supersaturated sodium hydroxide solution, and stirring for 4-5h to obtain chitosan microspheres; aging the chitosan microspheres in a supersaturated sodium hydroxide solution for 25-27h, washing with secondary water, mixing and activating with 5% of glutaraldehyde solution with the same volume, washing with secondary water after 40-50min, and storing for later use; mixing APBA-phosphate buffer solution and human gamma globulin, electromagnetically stirring for 3-4h to pre-polymerize, adding activated chitosan microspheres, electromagnetically stirring uniformly, standing for 47-49h, washing with secondary water, washing with phosphate buffer solution until no protein is produced in eluent detection, and storing in water seal. The wheat germ globulin molecularly imprinted polymer prepared by the method has specific adsorption on wheat germ globulin immune components and can be effectively eluted.
