abstract The invention relates to a high-buoyancy high-elasticity life buoy which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 45-60 parts of SEBS thermoplastic rubber, 8-12 parts of EPDM rubber, 12-18 parts of POE rubber, 3-6 parts of TPE rubber, 1-3 parts of color master, 2-5 parts of calcium carbonate filler, 1-3 parts of pottery clay, 6-10 parts of softening oil, 2-4 parts of foaming agent, 1-2 parts of zinc oxide powder and 1-3 parts of cross-linking agent. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) respectively weighing the materials, adding the materials into a mixer, stirring for 3-4 min at 50-60 ℃, transferring the materials into a mixer, and mixing for 4-6 min at 110-120 ℃; (2) putting the mixed materials into an open mill and rolling into sheets; (3) cutting a certain amount of material sheets according to the requirement, putting the material sheets into a mold, hot-pressing the material sheets in a flat vulcanizing machine at the temperature of 170-180 ℃ and the pressure of 8-10 MPa for 8-10 min, opening the mold, cutting edges, and carrying out sanding treatment.
