abstract The invention discloses trisiloxane modified carnosine and a preparation method thereof, and the preparation method comprises the following steps: adding the carnosine solution into a sodium hydroxide solution for neutralization under stirring, dropwise adding allyl glycidyl ether into a reaction system after the neutralization is finished, continuing to react for a certain time after the dropwise adding is finished, and distilling the obtained solution under reduced pressure to remove water after the reaction is finished to obtain 2-hydroxy-3-allyloxy carnosine sodium salt; adding the 2-hydroxy-3-allyloxy carnosine sodium salt, 1,1,1,3,5,5, 5-heptamethyltrisiloxane and a catalyst into a reaction kettle, reacting in the presence of a low-carbon alcohol solvent, and evaporating the low-carbon alcohol solvent after the reaction is finished to obtain the trisiloxane modified carnosine. Compared with the existing alkane modified carnosine, the trisiloxane modified carnosine has higher surface activity, can meet the requirement of industrial amplification production due to simple preparation process and low cost, and can ensure that the obtained trisiloxane modified carnosine has excellent surface activity and can be aggregated into micelles in aqueous solution.
