The present disclosure provides a phenylimidazopyrazinone compound, a preparation method and application thereof, and the chemical structure is shown in formula (I): Wherein, R 1 is selected from phenoxy, thiophenyl, 5-methylfuranyl, 4-methoxyphenyl, 4-fluorophenyl, 4-chlorophenyl, 4-bromophenyl, 3-fluorophenyl -4-aminophenyl, 3-furanyl, 4-methylfuranyl, naphthalene-2-yl, 4-methylphenyl, 3,5-dimethylphenyl, 4-hydroxymethylphenyl, 4-hydroxyphenyl, 4-mercaptophenyl. In the present disclosure, by modifying the C8 position of the Furimazine substrate, the imaging wavelength can be red-shifted and the luminescence intensity thereof can be enhanced, especially the bioluminescence imaging at the animal level. |
