abstract | The invention discloses a composite piezoelectric catalytic material, a preparation method thereof and sludge dewatering application. The composite piezoelectric catalytic material is made of nano piezoelectric material t-BaTiO 3 The material consists of a supported electrocatalyst, wherein the supported amount of the electrocatalyst is 0.5-2% of the mass of the nano piezoelectric material. The composite piezoelectric catalytic material is loaded with the high-efficiency anode electrocatalyst and/or the cathode electrocatalyst on the nano piezoelectric material to form a self-generating nano piezoelectric-electrocatalytic reactor, and the piezoelectric field and the residual piezoelectric field of the composite piezoelectric catalytic material are excited by utilizing the pressure of a filter press alone or in combination with ultrasound to cooperatively excite the piezoelectric field and the residual piezoelectric field of the composite piezoelectric catalytic material, so that the electrocatalysis is driven to generate active free oxygen substances, the sludge oxidation wall-breaking efficiency is enhanced, and the sludge dewatering reduction efficiency is improved; and the peroxide in the cocatalyst is converted into hydroxyl free radicals with strong oxidizing property, so that the dehydration efficiency is further increased; the method is simple to operate, has obvious effect, and can be applied to pretreatment of municipal sludge, river bottom mud and the like. |
