titleOfInvention Preparation method of polyamide composite nanofiltration membrane for removing heavy metal pollutants
abstract The invention relates to a preparation method of a polyamide composite nanofiltration membrane, which comprises the following steps: dispersing silicon dioxide nano particles in N, N-dimethylformamide to prepare a substance I; grinding the substance I to obtain modified silicon dioxide nano particles; dispersing ionic liquid, 2' -bipyridine, copper bromide and modified nanoparticles in N, N-dimethylformamide, and adding an azodiisobutyronitrile solution to react to obtain a substance II; grinding the substance II to obtain silicon dioxide-polyion liquid particles; mixing triethylamine and piperazine hexahydrate into water, adding silicon dioxide-polyion liquid particles, and performing ultrasonic dispersion to obtain an aqueous phase solution; mixing trimesoyl chloride and n-hexane to obtain an organic phase solution; and sequentially soaking the surface of the membrane with water phase and organic phase solution for reaction to obtain the composite polyamide nanofiltration membrane containing the silicon dioxide-polyion liquid particles. The invention can improve the dispersibility of the nano particles in the membrane and the electropositivity of the membrane, and effectively improve the permeability of the membrane and the selectivity of partial heavy metal ions.
