abstract | The present disclosure provides a booster degassing system, a vacuum degassing tower and a pure water system having the same, and the booster degassing system includes a water seal pump, a gas-liquid separation circulation barrel, and a booster pump. The water seal pump is connected to the upper part of the degassing tower through the main pipeline to pump out the mixed water gas in the degassing tower. The gas-liquid separation circulation barrel is circulated and connected to the water-sealed pump through a circulation pipeline, and is used for gas-liquid separation treatment of the mixed water gas pumped by the water-sealed pump. The booster pump is arranged on the main road, and is located between the water seal pump and the degassing tower, to provide booster when the water seal pump pumps out the mixed water gas. The present disclosure utilizes a water-sealed pump and a booster pump to form a two-stage pumping device based on mechanical vacuum booster. The water-sealed pump has a smaller circulating water volume and requires less motor power. In addition, the mixed water gas extracted from the vacuum tower only needs to be placed in one water-sealed pump, the equipment load is small, and the vane operation efficiency of the water-sealed pump is low in consumption. |
