abstract The invention discloses an auxiliary diagnosis kit for lung cancer. A lung cancer FBXW7 mutant gene, the mutation is located in exon 10 of the FBXW7 gene, the 1444th base A of the CDS sequence is mutated to G (c.1444A>G), and the corresponding amino acid at position 482 is mutated from threonine to Alanine (p.Thr482Ala). The present invention discloses a novel lung cancer FBXW7 gene mutation, and verifies that the mutation has a high possibility of pathogenicity. The invention provides a primer sequence and a related reaction system for detecting the mutation, which can be used for preparing an auxiliary diagnostic reagent for lung cancer, and the detection of the mutation site is realized by PCR amplification and sequencing, which is faster, simpler and lower cost than NGS.
