abstract | The invention relates to a resin, a preparation method and application thereof, and discloses a high-adhesion room temperature self-crosslinking acrylic resin and its preparation method and application. The resin is made from the following raw materials by weight: 15-22 parts of methyl methacrylate, 12-18 parts of butyl methacrylate, 3-7 parts of butyl acrylate, 0.3-1 part of acrylic acid, and highly chlorinated polypropylene 2-5 parts of resin, 1-5 parts of isocyanate ethyl acrylate, 0.2-0.5 parts of di-tert-butyl peroxide, and 40-65 parts of organic solvent. The high-adhesion room temperature self-crosslinking acrylic resin provided by the invention can be made into various paints or directly brushed, and has good film-forming properties, excellent water and chemical resistance, easy construction, and high adhesion, especially for spraying. Substrates such as polyurea, epoxy resin and two-component PU have strong adhesion, so they are especially suitable for the application of interlayer bonding agents for substrates such as epoxy resin or sprayed polyurea or two-component PU. |
