titleOfInvention | Production method of CPVC with easy plasticization and toughness |
abstract | A production method of CPVC with easy plasticization and toughness belongs to the field of high polymer materials. The preparation method is characterized by comprising the following preparation steps: 1) carrying out polymerization reaction by using a PVC aqueous phase suspension polymerization formula and process, wherein the water-oil ratio is 1.20-1.60: 1, the conversion rate is 80-85%, and the polymerization temperature is 55-64 ℃; polymerizing to obtain a PVC wet material with the water content of 18-30%; 2) adding the PVC wet material, water, an initiator and chlorine-containing polyalkylacrylate into a reaction kettle, sealing, stirring, heating, introducing chlorine gas to start chlorination reaction, and filtering, washing, neutralizing, dehydrating and drying the slurry after the chlorination reaction is finished to obtain the catalyst. The wet material contains enough dispersant, so that no dispersant is needed to be added during chlorination, the infiltration link is omitted, the chlorination cost is greatly reduced, and the production efficiency is greatly improved. |
