abstract | The invention discloses sealing slurry for a low-temperature environment and a preparation method and application thereof. The sealing slurry comprises: 30-50 parts of cement, 0-10 parts of mineral admixture, 0-15 parts of early strength component, 40-60 parts of aggregate, 0-0.1 part of water reducing agent, 0.01-0.03 part of plastic expanding agent, 0.1 part of defoaming agent, 0-1 part of rust inhibitor, 0.003-0.2 part of water retaining agent, 0.01-0.05 part of air entraining agent, 0-0.4 part of retarder and 0-0.05 part of coagulant, and the components are uniformly mixed according to the proportion to obtain the cement. The sealing slurry material and water are uniformly stirred according to the weight ratio of water to cement of 0.13-0.15 and then can be used. The sealing paste of the present invention has 1) excellent plasticity and soft consistency. 2) Good adhesion at low temperature. 3) Low temperature expansion performance. 4) The sealing agent has good negative temperature hydration hardening characteristic, is suitable for sealing construction around the bottom of a component in an environment with the temperature of above-10 ℃ and a communicating cavity, and solves the difficult problem of sealing slurry construction at the temperature of below 5 ℃, particularly below 0 ℃. 5) The open time after blending was 20 minutes. 6) Does not contain early strength components such as chloride salt and the like which have corrosion action on the steel bar or the sleeve. |
