titleOfInvention Culture method for inducing differentiation of embryonic stem cells into liver cells
abstract The invention discloses a culture method for inducing embryonic stem cells to differentiate into liver cells, which comprises the following steps: during the culture process, the baijiu grass saponin R is used, and the culture medium further comprises iron dextran injection. The induction culture steps are as follows: (1) selecting a mouse ESC line, and firstly culturing in a human embryonic stem cell conditioned medium for 3 d; (2) adding 20-30ng/mL baijiu grass saponin R and 20-30ng/mL iron dextran injection into the culture solution to induce for 5 days so as to differentiate towards the direction of hepatic cells; (3) the differentiated hepatocytes were continued to be cultured for 5d with 1 change of medium per day.
