The preparation method of the waterborne polyurethane/polyvinyl alcohol/montmorillonite nano-emulsion comprises the following steps: weighing polyvinyl alcohol PVA aqueous solution in a reactor, adding montmorillonite dispersion liquid and N, N-dimethylformamide DMF (dimethyl formamide) into the reactor, and stirring; then dropwise adding the neutralized waterborne polyurethane prepolymer into the mixture under high-speed stirring, and stirring the mixture; obtaining the aqueous polyurethane/polyvinyl alcohol/montmorillonite nano composite emulsion; wherein the mass ratio of PVA in the PVA aqueous solution to pure polyurethane PU in the polyurethane prepolymer is (0.1-0.5): 1; the mass ratio of montmorillonite in the montmorillonite dispersion liquid to pure polyurethane PU in the polyurethane prepolymer is (0.001-0.02): 1. the film prepared by the invention has excellent tensile property, and can be widely applied to the field of food and medicine packaging.
