abstract The invention relates to a preparation system of 2, 4-dinitro-6 bromoaniline, which is implemented by adopting a preparation device comprising a pulping device, wherein a discharge port of the pulping device is connected with a feed port of a first grinding device through a valve, a discharge port of the first grinding device is connected with a feed port of a second grinding device through a valve, a discharge port of the second grinding device is connected with a transfer kettle through a valve, a discharge port of the transfer kettle is connected with a reaction kettle through a first material-mixing pump, a discharge port of the reaction kettle is connected with a feed port of a cooling device through a second material-mixing pump, a discharge port of the cooling device is connected with a feed port of a washing kettle, and a discharge port of the washing kettle is connected with a drying device through a centrifuge. The yield and the purity of the obtained 2, 4-dinitro-6-bromoaniline are further improved. The purity is improved by more than 1 percent compared with the industrial standard.
