abstract | The invention discloses a method for improving strength and plasticity of a TZM bar, which comprises the following steps: preparing S1 molybdenum titanium zirconium alloy powder: mixing molybdenum powder, titanium hydride powder, zirconium oxide powder, carbon powder and hafnium hydride powder to obtain molybdenum-titanium-zirconium alloy powder; s2 press forming: putting the molybdenum titanium zirconium alloy powder into a die for hot isostatic pressing treatment to obtain a formed bar; s3 sintering treatment: sintering the formed bar stock in a vacuum sintering furnace by gradient heating to obtain a blank; s4 hot forging: the blank is hot forged and deformed to the required bar size by adopting multidirectional forging; s5 heat treatment: and (4) carrying out heat treatment on the bar after hot forging, and machining the bar into a required shaft according to a drawing by using machining equipment. The invention leads the TZM alloy to have complete recrystallization texture and submicron superfine equiaxed crystal by adding hafnium and multi-directional forging treatment, obviously improves the tensile strength, yield strength and the like, and improves the strength and plasticity of the TZM bar. |
