abstract The invention discloses a novel high-temperature-resistant phytase mutant and a coding gene thereof, belonging to the technical field of biology. The phytase gene of the escherichia coli is modified in a site-directed mutagenesis mode and is efficiently expressed in pichia pastoris. The mutant of the invention has better performance in high temperature environment and higher thermal stability, and can better adapt to the requirements of industrial production. After the modified phytase mutant is subjected to heat treatment at 90 ℃ for 3min, the residual enzyme activity is greatly improved compared with the original phytase, and the modified phytase mutant has a good application prospect in the field of animal feed addition.
