titleOfInvention | Thermophilic deep-sea micro bacillus and application thereof |
abstract | The invention provides a thermophilic deep-sea micro-bacillus with the preservation number of CGMCC No.18990, and the deep-sea micro-bacillus P-47-3 provided by the invention is used for fermenting fish paste. The strain P-47-3 used in the invention is separated from the extreme environment of deep sea hydrothermal solution, produces spores, has a growth temperature range of 10-65 ℃, can grow and reproduce under the salt concentration of 0-14%, while the general high-temperature bacteria mainly come from terrestrial environments such as hot springs and the like, have poor salt tolerance and cannot grow under the high-salt condition, the fermented marine biological product has great limitation, and the strain P-47-3 has halophilicity, is not only suitable for fermenting marine organisms, but also consumes salt in the metabolic process, further reduces the salt concentration in the fermented product, and improves the quality of the fermented product. |
