titleOfInvention Two-phase anaerobic fermentation pre-deamination system device and method
abstract The invention relates to a system device and a method for two-phase anaerobic fermentation pre-deamination, which comprises the following steps: the system comprises a blending tank, a hydrolysis acidification tank, a solid-liquid separator, a deamination tower, a homogenizing pool, a material pump, a methane production tank, a pretreatment system and a generator system; the output end of the blending tank is connected to the top feed inlets of the plurality of hydrolysis acidification tanks, and the top gas outlet of the hydrolysis acidification tanks is connected to the input end of the pretreatment system. The invention has the beneficial effects that: the invention combines the pre-deamination process of the raw material with the two-phase anaerobic fermentation process according to the different characteristics of the anaerobic fermentation in the hydrolysis acidification stage and the methane production stage. The problem of ammonia inhibition in the anaerobic fermentation process can be fundamentally solved, the methane production efficiency is improved, and the removed ammonia nitrogen resource is extracted and recycled. In addition, the waste heat of the biogas generator set is utilized in a cascade mode according to the reaction temperature characteristics of each unit of the system, and the energy consumption required by the system to the outside is greatly reduced.
