abstract The invention relates to a two-component polyurethane adhesive, wherein the raw material formula of a component A comprises the following components: 10-40% of hydrophobic polyol; 2-10% of polyester polyol; 1-10% of a molecular sieve; 40-80% of surface-modified heat-conducting filler; 0.1-5% of other fillers; 0.1-0.5% of a catalyst; the raw material formula of the component B comprises: 10-50% of isocyanate; 2-10% of isocyanate trimer; 0.1-5% of a water removing agent; 40-80% of surface-modified heat-conducting filler; 0.1-1% of dispersing auxiliary agent. Compared with the traditional two-component polyurethane structural adhesive, the two-component adhesive disclosed by the invention has the advantages that the PET film and the aluminum are well bonded and the bonding strength is high under the condition that the PET film and the aluminum base material are not processed. By adding efficient heat-conducting filler and dispersing auxiliary agent, the product has high heat conductivity coefficient. Compared with solvent-based two-component polyurethane products, the product has small shrinkage and extremely low odor after being cured.
