A dacromet coating reinforced by MoSi 2 and SiC micro-particles, comprising the following steps: mixing aluminum powder, zinc powder, MoSi 2 micro-particles and SiC micro-particles with resonance sound to obtain mixed powder; mixing the mixed powder, wetting Ultrasonic mixing of agent and dispersant to obtain metal slurry; metal slurry, water-soluble silicate, borate, polytetrafluoroethylene, silane coupling agent, magnesium salt, potassium titanate, passivation agent, auxiliary mixed with deionized water, stirred for 60-90min at a rotating speed of 60-100r/min at room temperature, and then kept at a constant temperature for 30-60min in a water bath environment of 38-42°C to obtain dacromet reinforced by MoSi 2 and SiC microparticles coating. The MoSi 2 and SiC microparticle-enhanced dacromet coating prepared by the invention has stronger wear resistance than ordinary dacromet after coating the steel surface, and the coating formed on the steel surface. |
