abstract | A polycarboxylate water reducing agent synthesized at room temperature is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass: 100 parts of unsaturated polyoxyethylene ether macromonomer, 0.6-0.8 parts of hydrogen peroxide, 5-10 parts of unsaturated carboxylic acid part, 0.1-0.3 part of reducing agent, and 0.5-0.8 part of chain transfer agent. The unsaturated polyoxyethylene ether macromonomer is methallyl polyoxyethylene ether or isopentenol polyoxyethylene ether, the unsaturated polyoxyethylene ether macromonomer has a degree of unsaturation greater than 0.37, and a weight average molecular weight of 2400 ~3000; unsaturated carboxylic acid is at least one of acrylic acid or methacrylic acid; reducing agent is at least one of vitamin C, sodium hypophosphite or sodium thiosulfate; chain transfer agent is thioglycolic acid or 3-mercapto at least one of propionic acid. Its synthesis process is stable, the comprehensive performance of the product is improved, the step of neutralization with sodium hydroxide solution is deleted, the synthesis process does not require heating, saves energy, has no harmful emissions, does not pollute the environment, and can be widely used in industrial production. |
