The invention discloses a carrier and a preparation method and application thereof, wherein the carrier comprises the following components in parts by weight: 80-120 parts of filling powder; 5-20 parts of foamed thermal expansion microspheres; 20-50 parts of sand; 80-120 parts of water; 2-8 parts of silver nitrate and 10-20 parts of cellulose cyclodextrin; 0.5-1.5 parts of preservative; 0-0.15 part of color paste. By adding the foamed thermal expansion microspheres, on one hand, the weight of the carrier can be obviously reduced, and under the condition of the same volume, the weight of the carrier is only 1/3-1/5 of that of the traditional carrier; on the other hand, the carrier has the characteristics of loose texture and low possibility of being broken under the coordination of the added cellulose cyclodextrin, dust is effectively reduced, and the carrier can be used for carriers of archaeological toys and other excavation toys or artware. |
