abstract | The invention discloses a chiral POC separation column capable of resolving a plurality of racemic compounds of different types. The chiral column is prepared by taking a chiral porous organic molecular cage material synthesized by 2-hydroxy-1, 3, 5-benzenetricarboxylic acid and (1R,2R) -1, 2-cyclohexanediamine through one-step condensation reaction of Schiff base as a stationary phase and adopting a static column preparation method. The chromatographic column of the invention shows excellent chiral resolution effect on a plurality of different types of racemic compounds, and has obvious separation advantage compared with the commercial beta-DEX 120 chromatographic column. In addition, the chromatographic column used for resolving racemic compounds by gas chromatography has the characteristics of good thermal stability, strong resolving power, wide application range and the like, and the method for synthesizing the chiral porous organic molecular cage material stationary phase is simple, has cheap raw materials and is beneficial to large-scale popularization and application. |
