abstract | The invention belongs to the field of L-arabinose, and discloses a method for preparing L-arabinose by taking corncobs as raw materials, which can reduce the production cost by taking the corncobs as the raw materials, lead the corncobs to be catalyzed and hydrolyzed by inorganic acid by adding the inorganic acid, and fully extract the arabinose in the corncobs by adjusting the pH value; the addition of xylanase can improve the yield of arabinose; adding quicklime, introducing carbon dioxide and adding a flocculating agent, and has the effects of decoloring, removing impurities and improving the purity of arabinose; adjusting the pH value to 3-4, and converting arabinose into L-arabinose under the action of arabinase and arabinofuranosidase; and then the purity of the L-arabinose is improved through the active carbon, the anion exchange resin and the cation exchange resin, so that the high-purity L-arabinose is obtained. The experimental result shows that the purity of the L-arabinose can reach 99.71 percent, and the highest yield can reach 86.85 percent. |
