titleOfInvention | Bacillus coagulans for regulating Allobaculum bacteria |
abstract | The invention discloses bacillus coagulans for adjusting Allobaculum sp, in particular relates to bacillus coagulans capable of adjusting the relative abundance of Allobaculum spp and application thereof, and belongs to the technical field of microorganisms. The bacillus coagulans spore has good tolerance to simulated gastrointestinal fluid, and the spore germination capacity in the in vitro simulated gastrointestinal fluid is 35.32 +/-3.4%. The bacillus coagulans can be prepared into a microecological preparation, and animal experiment results show that the microecological preparation can remarkably recover the quantity of protective bacteria Allobaculum spp in mouse intestinal tracts, increase the content of short-chain fatty acids in mouse excrement, and has a very wide application prospect in the aspect of adjusting the intestinal flora structure. |
