The mutant is synthesized by rice storage protein F690 The final cloning to obtain storage protein synthesis related protein F690, the related protein is composed of SEQ ID No.1, or the amino acid sequence shown in SEQ ID No.1 is substituted and/or deleted and/or added by one or more amino acid residues, and still has protein which is related to the storage protein synthesis and is derived from the sequence SEQ ID No. 1. The protein related to the storage protein synthesis influences the synthesis process of the storage protein in rice endosperm, and a transgenic plant with normal storage protein content can be obtained by introducing the coding gene of the protein into a plant with abnormal storage protein content, so that the protein and the coding gene thereof can be applied to plant genetic improvement.
