The invention provides a method capable of preparing high-purity mussels. According to the method of single-component oligosaccharide, the purity of the single-component mussel oligosaccharide prepared reaches 95.38%; and the mussel oligosaccharide MOS-1 can significantly reduce the content of triglyceride and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol in serum of rats.
