The invention provides a high-permeability soft magnetic ferrite and a preparation method thereof, and relates to the technical field of ferrite processing. The soft magnetic ferrite with high magnetic conductivity is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 68-70 parts of ferric oxide, 32-36 parts of zinc oxide, 25-28 parts of manganese oxide, 6-8 parts of tin oxide, 4-8 parts of nickel carbonate, 1-3 parts of bismuth trioxide, 8-10 parts of titanium dioxide, 5-6 parts of a mixing agent and 2-3 parts of an additive, wherein the mixing agent is a mixture of sorbitol, triisopropanolamine, barium chloride and potassium nitrate in a mass ratio of 3: 4: 2, and the additive is a mixture of calcium carbonate, molybdenum oxide, aluminum tert-butoxide, ethyl orthosilicate and ethanol in a mass ratio of 1: 2: 5. The invention overcomes the defects of the prior art, improves the initial permeability and the stability of the ferrite, effectively reduces the loss and enlarges the application range of the ferrite. |
