titleOfInvention Tire safety detection device and system
abstract The invention discloses a tire safety detection device and a system, which comprise a bracket, a rotating shaft, a balance block and a tire blocking frame, wherein the bracket is connected to a rim of a tire; the rotating shaft is fixed on the bracket; the balance block is connected to the rotating shaft through a bearing, and a gravity direction sensor is arranged on the balance block; the tire blocking frame is fixed on the balance block, is parallel to the tire plane and keeps a set distance; under the normal condition of the tire, the balance weight plays a role in balancing weight and keeping the center of the balance weight, and the balance weight and the tire blocking frame can keep a vertical state through the balance weight no matter the tire moves forwards or backwards; when mechanical changes such as bulging and skin breaking occur to the tire, in the process of advancing or retreating, when a fault part rotates to the position of the tire blocking frame, the fault part is in contact with the tire blocking frame, and then the balance block is triggered to rotate, so that the gravity direction detection signal of the weight direction sensor on the balance block exceeds the threshold range, and a vehicle control system can generate a vehicle braking signal and give an alarm based on the detection signal.
