The present invention relates to medical aids, in particular compression products such as compression stockings or bandages. More specifically, the present invention relates to compressed products comprising fiber-forming polyurethane polymers that exhibit delayed continuous relaxation behavior. The present invention also relates to N-diol containing polyurethane polymers and the corresponding quaternized polyurethane polymers, to methods of producing the polyurethane polymers, to blends with spandex and their uses. |
