titleOfInvention Trace heavy metal mercury-free detection device and electrode treatment method and detection method thereof
abstract The invention provides a trace heavy metal mercury-free detection device and an electrode processing method and a detection method thereof. The detection device comprises an electrode substrate, a working electrode, a counter electrode and a reference electrode which are printed on the electrode substrate, and an insulating layer which is bonded on the three electrodes, wherein special-shaped holes are formed in the insulating layer, the special-shaped holes are matched with the three electrodes and form an electrolytic cell cavity, the working electrode is a copper-plated carbon electrode which is subjected to copper-based treatment, the counter electrode is a carbon electrode, and the reference electrode is a silver-silver chloride electrode. The detection device is matched with acid liquor for use and is used for heavy metal detection. The invention has quick detection, avoids mercury pollution and harm to workers, and particularly meets the requirement of quick detection of heavy metals on site.
