abstract | The invention discloses a device for identifying the quality of a tobacco extract, which comprises: the top of the sample bottle (1) is sealed with a cover, one end of the sample bottle is connected with an air compressor (2) through an air pipeline (16), the air flow rate is controlled by controlling a flow meter (3) on the air pipeline (16), and the other end of the sample bottle (1) is connected with one end of a detector (4) through an air inlet pipeline (12); the other end of the detector (4) is connected with the gas collecting bottle 14 through the waste gas pipeline 13, the detector (4) comprises a detection chip (5), and the detection chip (5) comprises a substrate (17), a gas-sensitive layer (15), a heating electrode (6), a measuring electrode (7) and a heater (8); and one end of the data acquisition unit (9) is connected with the detector (4), and the other end of the data acquisition unit is connected with the data analysis system (11). The detection device and the differential analysis method are pertinently suitable for identifying the quality of the tobacco extract with small difference. |
