titleOfInvention | miR-146a as a potential biomarker in polymyositis/dermatomyositis |
abstract | The invention discloses the application of miR-146a as a potential biomarker in the development of polymyositis/dermatomyositis diagnostic reagents or prevention and treatment drugs. By isolating peritoneal macrophages from human peripheral blood mononuclear cells from healthy donors and treating them with miR-146a mimics, miR-146a inhibitors, small interfering RNAs targeting IL-17 receptor A and REG3A, revealed The expression of miR-146a is closely related to the pathogenesis of polymyositis/dermatomyositis, and down-regulation of miR-146a expression can improve the migration ability of macrophages and promote inflammatory infiltration in PM/DM patients. The invention provides a new potential serological marker for diagnosing polymyositis/dermatomyositis, and also provides a new target for the prevention and treatment of polymyositis/dermatomyositis. |
