The strain of the invention is named as oudemansiella bisporus (Hymenopellis raphanipes) MesAdm 1, and the preservation number is GDMCC No: 60886, deposited in 29 months in 2019 in Guangzhou province microbial strain collection center of No. 59 large Hospital, Mieli Zhonglu, 100, Guangzhou. The oudemansiella bisporus strain has high growth speed which can reach 8.2000 +/-0.2830 mm/d, can produce mushrooms without covering soil, has high yield of 17-22 pieces/bottle, and has short growth cycle which can reach 58 days. The sporocarp of the Aoderma bisporus strain is in an umbrella shape, the length of a stipe is 15-23 cm, the diameter of the stipe is 0.5-1.5 cm, the diameter of a pileus is 4.0-12 cm, and the pileus is uniform, moderate, good in quality, stable in quality and consistent in development. |
