abstract | The invention relates to a single-component flame-retardant high-temperature-resistant silicone sealant and a preparation method thereof, wherein the silicone sealant is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 100 parts of base material, 15-40 parts of composite filler, 5-10 parts of ketoxime cross-linking agent, 0.1-1 part of vulcanizing agent and 0.5-2 parts of coupling agent; the base material is prepared from alpha, omega-dihydroxy polysiloxane containing phenyl and active calcium carbonate; the composite filler is prepared from alpha, omega-dihydroxy polydimethylsiloxane, polyether silicone oil, iron oxide and aluminum hydroxide; the coupling agent is obtained by mixing hydrolysis products of 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane, aminophenyltrimethoxysilane and isocyanate propyltriethoxysilane with gamma- (2, 3-epoxypropoxy) propyltrimethoxysilane. The silicone sealant has excellent high temperature resistance and flame retardance, high bonding strength and good insulating property. |
