abstract | The invention discloses a wear-resistant halogen-free flame-retardant thermoplastic elastomer composition for wires and cables, characterized in that, in parts by weight, the raw material composition comprises: 40-60 parts of SEBS, 20-40 parts of white oil, POE thermoplastic elastic 10-20 parts of body, 5-10 parts of maleic anhydride grafted SEBS, 0.1-0.5 parts of composite cross-linking agent, 10-20 parts of aluminum diethyl hypophosphite, 10-20 parts of zinc borate, 3- of zinc stearate 8 parts, and 1-3 parts of distearoyl thiodipropionate. In the present invention, by cross-linking SEBS and POE, the tensile strength, scratch resistance and flame retardancy of the material are greatly improved. The present invention is obtained through the screening test of raw material components and proportions, and the obtained technical solution is a whole, and the components work synergistically with each other. |
