abstract | The invention relates to the technical field of air purification materials, and discloses a road barrier plastic material for photocatalytic treatment of automobile exhaust and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following preparation processes: (1) preparing ethyl silicate, sodium methacrylate and hydrochloric acid into a hydrolysis stock solution; (2) adding the nano photocatalyst into the hydrolysis stock solution, heating to hydrolyze the silicon source, and then adding the microporous glass powder to prepare the multi-stage porous silica gel microsphere loaded nano photocatalyst; (3) coupling the porous silica gel microspheres loaded with the nano photocatalyst, and then thermally mixing the coupled porous silica gel microspheres with high-density polyethylene, a polyolefin elastomer, an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, glass fiber, expanded perlite, mica powder, white carbon black, light calcium carbonate, fluorescent powder and a light stabilizer; (4) and extruding and granulating to obtain the road enclosure plastic material for treating the automobile exhaust by photocatalysis. The road barrier material has high photocatalyst loading, high photocatalytic activity and strong adsorption performance, and can endow road barrier plastics with excellent purification function. |
