abstract | The invention discloses the derivatization reaction of triacetylpyranosedihydropyrrole and the application of derivative products. Compound 1, namely triacetylpyranosedihydropyrrole, is used as the reaction substrate, and the pyrrole ring double bond of the reaction substrate is derivatized. Compound 2 is obtained by addition reaction; Compound 3 is obtained by epoxidation reaction of the double bond of the pyranose ring of the reaction substrate; Compound 4 is obtained by the ring-opening reaction of the pyranose ring of the reaction substrate; Compound 4 is obtained by the deprotection reaction of the reaction substrate 5. The invention also discloses the application of derivative products compounds 2 to 5 in the preparation of drugs for inhibiting the proliferation of human breast cancer cell MCF-7 and the application in the preparation of drugs for inhibiting the activity of acetylcholinesterase and butyrylcholinesterase. The invention can produce various derivatization reactions to prepare pharmaceutical compounds with anti-tumor and cholinease inhibitory activities, and the reaction conditions of the derivatization reaction process are mild, the operation is simple and the reaction yield is high. |
