titleOfInvention | Coumarin-based wash-free fluorescent probe for detecting gram-positive bacteria and application |
abstract | The invention provides a coumarin-based wash-free fluorescent probe for detecting gram-positive bacteria and application thereof, wherein the chemical structural formula of the coumarin-based wash-free fluorescent probe is as follows. The fluorescent probe designed by the invention has sensitive fluorescent response to the polarity of the microenvironment. The probe showed very weak fluorescence in strongly polar solution and strong fluorescence in weakly polar solution. The probe has no obvious fluorescence change in the aqueous solution of the anionic surfactant, the amphoteric surfactant and the neutral surfactant, and shows very strong fluorescence in the solution of the cationic surfactant. The probe binds specifically to gram-positive bacteria and shows very strong fluorescence, and gram-negative bacteria, fungi and mammalian cells cannot cause significant fluorescence changes. The probe is a specific effective tool for washing-free detection of gram-positive bacteria, and can be used for detection of gram-positive bacteria in various fields such as medical treatment, health, production and life. |
