abstract | The invention relates to a preparation method of a boron aluminum phosphate resin composite material, which comprises the following steps: (1) preparing boron aluminum phosphate colloid by using aluminum hydroxide, phosphoric acid and boric acid; preparing a curing agent by taking aluminum nitrate, magnesium nitrate and urea as raw materials; adding a curing agent into the boron aluminum phosphate colloid for reaction to obtain a boron aluminum phosphate matrix; and coating the boron phosphate aluminum base body on the fiber preform, and then carrying out hot pressing to obtain the boron phosphate aluminum resin composite material. The boron aluminum phosphate resin composite material prepared by the invention has the advantages of good mechanical property at high temperature, low dielectric constant, heat resistance and the like, and can be used in the high-temperature wave-transmitting fields of aviation, aerospace and the like. |
