abstract | The embodiment of the invention discloses a coated glass fiber mat gypsum board, which comprises the following raw materials of building gypsum powder, a foaming agent, chopped glass fiber, hydrogen-containing silicone oil, an adhesive, a coated glass fiber mat, a water reducing agent and a catalyst, and a preparation method thereof, wherein the preparation method comprises the following steps: weighing building gypsum, glass fiber and catalyst, mixing completely, and adding into a stirrer to form a stone slab base material; respectively mixing a foaming agent, hydrogen-containing silicone oil and a water reducing agent with water, respectively foaming by a dynamic system, emulsifying by an emulsifying pump and stirring by a stirrer, and then mixing and stirring with a stone base material in the stirrer to obtain slurry; the slurry is continuously poured between two layers of coating glass fiber mats, the overlapping parts of the upper and lower protective surface glass fiber mats are continuously coated by acrylic adhesives, a wet gypsum board is prepared by extrusion molding, and a finished product is obtained by treatment, so that the deformation resistance of the gypsum board is improved, the strength attenuation after being affected with damp is reduced, and the gypsum board has mildew-proof, waterproof and fireproof performances. |
