abstract | The invention relates to a preparation method of a graphene/porous zinc oxide composite film, which comprises the following steps: (1) preparing a graphene oxide film; (2) pre-reducing a graphene oxide film; (3) growing porous zinc oxide on the surface of the pre-reduced graphene oxide film by adopting a hydrothermal reaction method; (4) and (3) post-treatment: further thermally reducing the obtained composite film to a required reduction degree; the graphene/zinc oxide composite film prepared by the scheme is simple and efficient in technology, a porous template is not required to be introduced, and porous zinc oxide is loaded on the surface of the graphene film, so that the mechanical and electrical properties of the original graphene film are greatly reserved; the porous zinc oxide growing on the surface of the graphene in situ is tightly combined with the graphene film, the interface is clear, and the porous zinc oxide and the graphene film are not mixed with each other, so that the composite film has the excellent performances of the graphene and the porous zinc oxide. The composite film is directly applied to the preparation of devices in the fields of photocatalysis, gas sensing, super capacitors and the like. |
